Grand Opening - The Hope Playground
31st March 2011 saw the grand opening of the "Hope Playground" at Beverley Park School Campbelltown. The project transformed a waste area of barren turf,
that was inaccessible and unuseable, into the star attraction of the
school's outdoor area.
The Hope Playground is our largest scale achievement, being a culmination of 4 years fundraising. It was made possible by every donation, large or small by a range of great people. The generous Macarthur community who supported our events with their hearts and pockets. The celebrity guests that showed great support for very little personal reimbursement. The magnificent companies and individuals that donated outstanding items for our auctions and prizes. Our sponsors who kept supporting us when economic fortunes turned downward. You are wonderful people and you make us proud just to know you.
Paul Nunnari, ambassador of The Children's Hope Foundation opend the playground, which was very fitting, given that he has contributed support over many years to Beverley Park School.

Primary Club of Australia
The Primary Club is an organisation that we single out, for without them the playground would not yet be open. James Braddock's enthusiasim and drive was remarkable in getting our case for funds to be heard. Lindy Stuart went far out her way to assist us in making it a reality. She visited Beverley Park School and also enabled other funds to be directed to some of the school's other resource needs. In addition to that, The Primary Club donated over $50,000 toward the project. James and Lindy, we are all indebted to you for your efforts.
