2007 Annual Dinner

Our inaugural major fundraising event for 2007 was held at Campbelltown Golf Club in October. Facilities and catering were superb, the club extremely generous. The night was a spectacular success. click to download a press release of our 2007 fund raising dinner

200 ordinary citizens of the Macarthur area once again demonstrated extraordinary generosity. On average, they spent over $200 each, raising over $32,000 for the children after all costs.

Entertainment for the night was superb. Former Australian test players David Colley & Brian Taber generously gave us their time and an insight into life on tour of our cricketers. Tommy Dean then had us laughing till we cried, such a funny man. and Australia's favourite comedy import from the USA.

But even our guests agreed that the most stunning event of the night was the fantastic "Signing Choir", starring the kids of Beverley Park

An emotional crowd applauded loudly after the children sang, signed and moved to the beat of their 3 favourite songs. A great performance.
