Charlotte Wyse
We are always willing to take on special needs cases. In 2010 we became aware of this little girl who
had been diagnosed with a brain tumour in August 2009.
Charlotte Wyse has an anaplastic ependymoma, a very rare malignant tumour, classified by the World Health Organisation as a Grade 3 [the aggressive end of the spectrum]. When Charlotte was just 15 months old, she underwent two extensive brain surgeries to remove the tumour. The operations were successful but in order to further treat Charlotte’s tumour, she needs to undergo intensive chemotherapy for at least 12 months.
The Children's Hope Foundation was pleased to be able to make a donation towards Charlotte’s treatment.
