Charlotte Skinner
One of the great things about a community is that whenever you can give help, many of the deserving people have themselves been generous to that community. Such is the Skinner family. They have been an immensely supportive family not only amongst themselves, but also throughout Macarthur.
Therefore, when we learned that young Charlotte required special treatment to help overcome a rare condition, we stepped in. The Skinners are proud people to it wasn't actually comfortable for them to be on the receiving end of the community's goodwill - but for Charlotte's sake, we didn't want it any other way.
Special congratulations goes to Nicole Dickinson, and the Rotary Club for organising a golf day in 2009 to benefit Charlotte. Several thousands of dollars was raised, and The Children's Hope Foundation was very pleased to be a significant donor. Modesty made them a little speechless, but for Charlotte and family, the day to day battles continue. Recently (April 2011) Charlotte underwent heart surgery and we wih her recovery well. A special mention of Charlotte's wonderful sisters, Makenzie and Molly - two equally special girls who make their whole family so proud..

Golf Day
Check out the great photos and fun on the day. Well done Nicole, Stuart and Camden Rotary. Thanks to Beau Scott from the Dragons who was there - each year the Dragons sign a jumper for the Children's Hope Foundation annual dinner.
