2010 Fundraising Dinner
Date: Saturday 16th October
Venue: Wests Leagues Club Leumeah
Thank you Wests for providing such a professional venue and staff to attend to the needs of another successful fund raising dinner. This year was the biggest we have staged and we couldn't have raised in excess of $30,000 without the assistance of some wonderful supporters. Of that money, all of it goes directly to helping our broad range of children whose basic needs go far beyond the level that our governments are fund.

Guests
Thank you to some outstanding entertainers. Phil Cass is a true professional. Something happens every second, and as soon as you try to discover how he does it, something unexpected happens. A standing ovation. Rick Bailey, thanks mate for entertaining us all night with your voice and music, free of charge - he even paid for his dinner ticket.. John Skandalis (Wests Tigers Champion) and Steve Noyce (Roosters CEO & ex Wests CEO) gave us a walk down memory lane. John donated his time for a golf game with some lucky bidders, and we got to know him a little better - a terrific bloke who conducts himself with great distinction. Skando also helps local youth who face the challenges of modern society. Steve Noyce is one of the best CEO's that the NRL has seen.
But certainly, the highlight of our nights is the kids from Beverley Park School, and their "signing" choir. More songs this year, more applause, more admiration from everyone who attended.
Of course, the night would be no success at all if it wasn't for the generosity of the attendees. Thank you to our sponsors (see sponsors page), entertainers, Wests Leagues Club's Martin Bullock, Campbelltown mayor Paul Lake and the local community that continually supports us.
