2009 Dinner

Date: Saturday 10th October
Venue: Campbelltown Golf Club

Outstanding Results

Picture
The events have been a success since inception and 2009 was no exception. This year, the dinner raised $33,000 after all costs. 100% of this goes to stage 2 of the playground at Beverley Park School. The total investment by The Children's Hope Foundation in the playground will then be around $60,000, and a further $50,000 will be required to convert a desolate space into a wonderland for our great kids.

Signing Choir Performance

Picture
Before the dinner began, the audience was treated outside to a performance by the  Beverley Park School Signing Choir. It's a tradition that will always bring some of the fondest memories.

The Signing Choir

The choir are led by their teacher, Rebecca and backed by parents - who have the kids  singing, signing and moving to the beat. The kids love it - we love them!

Celebrity & Guest Performers

Where would we be without these generous people? The 3 guys below will be fondly remembered and appreciated - not just by us, but every child who benefits from our guests time & talents

Tommy Dean

The friendly American with the deep voice and a good natured insight loves Australia. The  feeling is mutual and there has never been a more popular guest. Live, love, laugh!

Steve Folkes

An intriguing interview, that demonstrated Steve's grace under fire, as well as success, having led the mighty Bulldogs to a Grand Final win.

Paul Nunnari

A local identity, the "half man, half machine" good guy shared his personal battles and successes since being wheelchair bound from a young age. We were so impressed, we asked Paul to grant us the honour of  becoming our ambassador.. He accepted.
